老机器海尔LU32R1开机亮一会黑屏有伴音

能够开机说明待机,主板电路基本正常。故障在高压板电路。本机电源高压一体板(DPS-186CP-1A P/N:0094001274A),开机测试待机电压5v。12v24v。开机测量正常。试高压变压器输出端电阻测试一致,外观瓷片电容没有开裂烧毁迹象。查资料本板高压去保护13脚(DDA003A)对地短接。ok ,附高压去保护小资料
