金正YD-999V移动DVD求助

不开机，板号PD-MK2118-MV10 开机主芯片MT1389VDU就烫手，芯片绝对是挂了，换一块芯片后是不烫手了，但是感觉芯片没工作了，芯片没有温度，供电是正常的，怀疑新换芯片有问题，又网购一块，换上后涛声依旧，附上数据求高手指导下
